THE BUSINESS

Pamper Princess Partyz provide a service to our client to prepare and organise parties for a pre-arranged amount of guests at the client's home or where required at other suitable venues.

BOOKINGS

We take preliminary bookings either by phone, e-mail or letter, which must be confirmed within 7 days, paying a deposit of £50.00 (see cancellations) , which is banked and deducted from the total price of the party. We reserve the right to book another party over the preliminary booking if the deposit has not been paid within the timescale required.  Final balance must be paid on the day of the party (Cash Only). Pamper Princess Partyz will not be held responsible for any cash deposit payments being lost in the post.  All bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit.

Please make all cheques for deposits payable to either Lynn Patrick or Vikki Carter.

CANCELLATIONS

Should Pamper Princess Partyz have to cancel any bookings due to unforseen circumstances, a full refund of any monies paid will be given and we will endeavour to satisfy the clients requirements wherever possible. Should clients wish to cancel a party, the £50.00 deposit will only be refunded if the cancellation is 4 weeks or more from the party date.   Any cancellations within 4 weeks of party date will not be refunded.

CONDITIONS

Pamper Princess Partyz will need to complete a parent/guardian consent form for each child attending a party, which must be returned to the host prior to the party. Consent forms will be issued at the same time as party invitations.

All personal information will be held on file for sole use of Pamper Princess Partyz and will not be disclosed to any third parties.

Pamper Princess Partyz reserve the right to refuse treatments to any child whose parent/ guardian has not signed the aforementioned consent form.

LIABILITY

Pamper Princess Partyz are public liability insured and take the upmost care to ensure the safety of all party guests, we only use high quality products and follow strict hygiene routines. Liability cannot be taken for reactions or injury sustained whilst attending a party or thereafter.

All allergies, ailments, infestations or viruses of guests or clients, which may affect the party in any way, must be reported prior to the party date.

We cannot accept liability for events outside the company's control to include hazards/ dangers within the home or chosen venue.
